Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Instrument
Carefully pack the guitar in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
